On June 3, TSMC will convene its annual general meeting of shareholders, and its latest shareholder annual report sheds light on the profit and loss status of its international operations. Notably, the new factory in Arizona, USA, experienced a loss of approximately NT$14.3 billion last year, marking it as the most financially burdensome overseas facility. Additionally, TSMC's ventures in Japan and Europe recorded losses of over NT$4.3 billion and NT$500 million, respectively.
