On March 19, 2025, SK Hynix confirmed its presence at GTC 2025, the preeminent global AI conference organized by NVIDIA and held in San Jose, USA, from March 17 to 21. Under the theme "Memory: Powering AI and Shaping the Future," SK Hynix exhibited an array of memory products tailored for AI data centers, edge AI applications, and the automotive industry, highlighting HBM as a cornerstone technology. Notably, the company showcased its groundbreaking fifth-generation 12-layer HBM3E, marking the world's first mass production of this advanced product. Furthermore, SK Hynix unveiled plans to finalize preparations for the mass production of 12-layer HBM4 by the second half of 2025. The company's management was also in attendance at the summit, aiming to fortify collaborations with leading AI industry players and underscore its dominance in AI memory technology.
