On February 5, semiconductor stocks generally ended the day on a positive note. Among the notable performers, the NVIDIA 2x leveraged ETF soared by 10.47%, while AMD and Lam Research registered gains of 7.99% and 7.84%, respectively. Arm Holdings and NVIDIA also saw increases of 6.82% and 5.21%, respectively. Navitas Semiconductor, Broadcom, and Micron Technology achieved gains of 4.32%, 4.3%, and 3.24%, respectively. Additionally, the Semiconductor ETF and TSMC ADR rose 2.35% and 2.22%, respectively, while the Semiconductor Sector ETF inched up by 1.94%. However, not all related stocks shared in the uptrend. NVIDIA supplier Amphenol dipped slightly by 0.27%, while MKS Instruments (MKSI) and STMicroelectronics ADR declined by 0.29% and 0.31%, respectively. MPWR slipped 0.37%, Wolfspeed fell by 2.03%, and AMD, despite earlier gains, experienced a sharp decline of 6.27% towards the close.
