The Ukrainian news website "RBC.UA" reported that United States President Trump expressed his desire for Ukraine to trade rare earth resources and other materials in exchange for US aid, to which Ukrainian President Zelensky provided a response. During a joint press conference with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Grossi, Zelensky affirmed that Ukraine possesses abundant rare earth resources and is receptive to their development. He noted that he had previously discussed the prospect of US investment in Ukraine with Trump in September of last year and welcomed potential investments from American companies.
