The company was found to have transferred funds from its dedicated fund-raising account to its general account from November 2021 to December 2024, amounting to 186 million yuan. This transfer was used to pay for equipment purchases related to the fund-raising project, resulting in inaccuracies in the special report on fund-raising disclosed during that period. Consequently, the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau took administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to the company and the relevant responsible individuals, and recorded this incident in the securities and futures market credit files.
