On January 24, it was announced that Beijing's industrial and information software sector generated an added value exceeding 1.7 trillion yuan in the past year, representing nearly 35% of the city's GDP and contributing approximately 60% to its economic growth. Notably, the auto industry recorded an output value of approximately 443 billion yuan, marking a decade-high growth rate of 15.9% year-on-year. Additionally, the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry surpassed the 1 trillion yuan mark, while the digital economy's added value exceeded 2.2 trillion yuan. According to figures from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, new energy vehicle production reached approximately 300,000 units, marking a nearly threefold increase from the previous year. Smartphone production also reached a significant milestone of 120 million units. These indicators suggest that Beijing's economic fundamentals remain solid.
