Zhongbei Communication has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beicom International, intends to utilize its own funds amounting to USD 25 million to acquire a 55% equity stake in PT. Semesta Energi Services (hereinafter referred to as "Semesta"). Of this amount, USD 7.5 million will be allocated for the purchase of the 38.73% stake currently held by PT. Semesta Investama Indonesia, with the remaining USD 17.5 million to be injected into Semesta as additional capital. Notably, this transaction does not encompass any related-party dealings or significant asset restructurings. Upon the successful completion of this acquisition, Beicom International will hold a controlling 55% stake in Semesta. Semesta's core business areas encompass the construction of communication infrastructures, power and new energy infrastructure projects, as well as the provision of information technology services.
