On January 20, VeriSilicon released a statement anticipating revenue for 2024 to approximate RMB 2.323 billion, mirroring the figure for 2023. The company projects a net loss of roughly RMB 613 million for the year, marking a year-over-year decline of approximately RMB 317 million. Excluding non-recurring gains and losses, the net loss is forecasted at around RMB 646 million, a decrease of about RMB 328 million from the previous year. In terms of business performance, the company's chip design segment witnessed an 81% year-on-year revenue growth in the fourth quarter of 2024, while intellectual property licensing revenue fell by 28% and mass production business revenue increased by 32% compared to the same period last year. As of the end of 2024, VeriSilicon's total backlog stood at RMB 2.406 billion, representing a nearly 13% increase from the end of the third quarter.
