Their groundbreaking findings have been published in the prestigious International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing. The team introduced a novel voltage-tunable SAW phase shifter material system that integrates ZnO Thin-Film Transistors (TFTs) with LiNbO3 structures, showcasing immense potential for applications in sensing, communications, and beyond.
