During his visit to SPIL's new factory in Tanzi, Taichung, on the afternoon of January 16, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang disclosed that the capacity of CoWoS-L for the company's Blackwell platform has expanded, ensuring that the overall CoWoS capacity has not diminished. Furthermore, he projected a substantial increase in capacity for this year. Regarding the market chatter surrounding cooling concerns in GB200 servers, Huang acknowledged that the cooling technology of the Blackwell platform is indeed intricate. However, he assured that the system has transitioned into full-scale production. The initial challenges encountered are par for the course given the system's complexity, and the Blackwell system has already commenced shipments to clients worldwide.
