Shareholders of NuSi Micro, including Guorun Ruiqi, Huiyue Chengzhang, Suzhou Huaye, and their concerted action party Changsha Huaye, have announced plans to reduce their collective holdings in the company by up to 3%. Each shareholder will sell no more than 1% of the company's shares, with the sales to be conducted through block trading or auction trading methods.
