TSMC's Arizona Facility Reaches Quality Verification Phase for 4nm Chips Produced for Apple

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC) Arizona plant in the United States has reportedly entered the final stage of quality verification for 4nm chips manufactured for Apple Inc. Additionally, NVIDIA and AMD are also conducting trial production of chips at the same facility. Nevertheless, as TSMC's U.S. plant currently lacks back-end packaging capabilities, these chips will still require shipment back to Taiwan for packaging.
