Intel revealed on Tuesday its plans to transform its venture capital arm, Intel Capital, into an independent company, marking the latest structural shift in a series of recent reorganizations. Possessing assets of $5 billion, Intel Capital, once established as an independent fund, will gain the ability to secure funding from external investors, diverging from its previous reliance solely on internal financing from Intel. This strategic spin-off is designed to further streamline the company's structure and bolster operational efficiency.
