China RDI to Acquire 30% Stake in Tencent's Everwing Technology for RMB 825 Million

China RDI has announced its intention to acquire a 30% equity stake in Beijing Everwing Technology, a subsidiary fully owned by Tencent dedicated to game development, for a total consideration of RMB 825 million. The transaction will involve a cash payment of RMB 742.5 million, with an additional RMB 36.6667 million in consideration shares to be issued and allocated to Tencent. Everwing Technology boasts a portfolio that includes iconic games like the "QQ Dance" series. In recent years, China RDI has been aggressively expanding its gaming business, having successfully launched six games and with plans to introduce over ten new titles within the next two years.
