NVIDIA has officially unveiled its GeForce RTX 5050 laptop GPU on an LG laptop, confirming the existence of this model and shedding light on some key details. During the 2025 CES, NVIDIA showcased its cutting-edge RTX 50 mobile platform, featuring high-end variants such as the RTX 5090, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070. However, the more affordable 50-series and 60-series SKUs were notably absent from the display. Nonetheless, reports indicate that LG plans to integrate the RTX 5050 GPU into its 2025 Gram laptop, with initial iterations expected to feature the RTX 4050. The RTX 5050 is anticipated to come equipped with 8GB of VRAM, promising substantial enhancements in both performance and efficiency compared to its predecessor.
