Cannon Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has recently undergone significant industrial and commercial alterations, welcoming new shareholders in the form of Phase II of the National IC Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Shanghai Guoxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd., and Fuzhou Chuangxin Chuangke Investment Partnership. This infusion of capital has bolstered the company's registered capital to 12.1471 million yuan. Since its inception in 2014, Cannon Microelectronics has been led by Chen Jiashu as its legal representative, and its business scope encompasses integrated circuits, chip design and development, computer software development, and other related fields.
