Fujian's Premier Large-Scale Centralized Shared Energy Storage Facility Achieves Successful Power Generation

On the 11th, the Phase I project of the shared energy storage power station in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone, Fujian Province, successfully commenced power generation. As the province's first large-scale centralized shared energy storage facility, it is estimated to generate approximately 153 million kWh of electricity annually. This power station will significantly enhance the development of a new power system and a "zero-carbon island" initiative in Fujian, offering versatile resources for peak shaving, frequency modulation, and other critical functions.
