Electronic cloth prices have risen again recently, with the frequency and magnitude of this round of increases significantly exceeding conventional historical levels. Several listed companies across the industry chain believe that the tight supply-demand balance for electronic cloth may persist. Sinoma Science & Technology stated during a survey that electronic cloth is still expected to be in short supply in the fourth quarter of 2026, and this trend is likely to continue, with electronic yarn projected to remain in shortage throughout 2027. China Jushi said on its investor interaction platform that the current supply of electronic cloth remains tight and the company's electronic cloth inventory is still at a low level, and it expects that the increase in electronic cloth supply in 2027 will struggle to keep pace with the growth rate of downstream demand.
