Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (YMTC), China's largest NAND flash memory chip manufacturer, has shelved its plan to list on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Reuters reported on November 4, citing internal company memos and multiple informed sources, that the suspension is related to factors such as regulators tightening stock issuance approvals and weak capital market performance. The strategic placement originally scheduled to launch between late October and early November has been halted, and the listing process may be delayed by several months.
