*ST Wingtech has announced an update on matters concerning its overseas subsidiary Nexperia. The administrator appointed by the Enterprise Chamber has proposed a "dual-track" equity restructuring plan for Nexperia Semiconductor. The company has clearly stated that it does not accept this unilaterally initiated plan and remains open to negotiation. Nexperia B.V. has filed a lawsuit against the company and related entities in the Amsterdam District Court in the Netherlands, seeking US$2 billion in damages. The company has not yet received a summons, and the court has not formally docketed the case. The conduct preservation application submitted by the company and Yucheng Holdings in connection with the domestic infringement lawsuit has been upheld by a ruling of the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court. Nexperia's overseas entity has applied to the Enterprise Chamber for additional interim measures; a hearing has been held but no ruling has been issued yet, and the outcome remains subject to significant uncertainty.
