On November 3, TSMC (TSM.N) issued NT$14.8 billion (approximately US$451 million) in unsecured bonds, with yields of 2.30% and 2.42%, respectively. The proceeds will be used to fund expenditures related to green energy buildings and environmental impact improvement measures.
