At its earnings briefing, GalaxyCore stated that upstream foundry capacity is tightening and suppliers have begun raising prices. The company adjusted prices for certain products in Q3, and the impact of these increases is expected to become more evident in Q4 and Q1 of next year. Its in-house wafer fab can ensure the supply of core products and maintain stable gross margins. The company remains confident about growing its share in the branded 50-megapixel segment. Its 200-megapixel single-chip product has completed small-batch mass production, and its first stacked product has gained customer approval, with sales expected to materialize from Q4 through the whole of next year. As for the overall smartphone market next year, the company holds a neutral and cautious view but is confident about expanding its presence in the smartphone sector—particularly in the 50-megapixel and 200-megapixel main camera markets, as well as secondary camera markets such as telephoto and ultrawide. It has already reached preliminary cooperation intentions with some customers in Q3 and Q4 of this year regarding full-year shipments for next year.
