On November 2, Montage Technology said during a targeted survey that multiple new products of the company—including MRCD/MDB, CXL MXC, and others—are expected to gradually ramp up from the large-scale trial stage in 2027. Although the pace of industry penetration remains uncertain, the related incremental market will bring new growth opportunities to the company. This year, MRDIMM is in the large-scale trial stage for its second-generation products. A full-scale ramp-up will need to wait for new-generation CPUs supporting second-generation MRDIMM to enter mass production and shipment in 2027. The exact pace will depend on the progress of CPU platform adaptation and downstream customer adoption, and continued observation is recommended. Current industry feedback indicates that downstream CSP customers remain strongly interested in second-generation and even third-generation MRDIMM.
