Huada Jiutian has announced plans to acquire no more than 51% equity in Qijie Technology (Shenzhen) for a maximum of RMB 220 million. This acquisition aims to fill the gap in EDA tools for digital logic optimization design and enhance the competitiveness of its full digital process solutions. Upon completion of the transaction, Qijie Technology will become a controlled subsidiary of Huada Jiutian and will be included in its consolidated financial statements.
