The Q3 2026 report from Vantone Development indicates that the company generated revenue of RMB 440 million in the first three quarters, marking a 38.67% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Notably, its Q3 revenue soared to RMB 211 million, representing a significant 61.88% YoY jump.
Vantone Development is strategically phasing out its traditional real estate operations to concentrate its resources on the burgeoning technology sector. Its majority-owned subsidiary, Shudu Technology, has successfully commenced mass production and shipment of its SD85 series PCIe 5.0 switch chips, featuring 104-channel specifications.
Digital technology has now emerged as the primary revenue generator for Vantone Development, thereby expediting the transformation of its core business. Several forward-looking financial indicators also exhibit robust performance, with notable expansions in inventories, contract liabilities, and prepayments compared to the figures at the end of June.
Furthermore, the company has rolled out a 2026 stock option incentive plan, outlining performance objectives for 2027-2028. These goals encompass substantial revenue growth, a return to profitability, and securing Shudu Technology's chip market share within the top two domestic brands. This initiative establishes a three-tier performance binding mechanism, encompassing the company, its subsidiary, and individual employees.
