On October 12, supply chain sources revealed that Intel has taken the lead in raising prices for several PC processors since September. Among them, the high-end Panther Lake processors have seen price increases of 15% to 20%, while Meteor Lake and Arrow Lake processors have risen by approximately 5% to 10%. This price hike for Panther Lake primarily affects products manufactured using TSMC's N3E process and equipped with high-end GPU tiles. Meanwhile, platforms such as Qualcomm's Snapdragon X/X2 Elite have seen price increases of around 10% since October. Additionally, AMD also plans to adjust prices for some of its CPUs, though the specific increases, scope, and effective timing have yet to be determined.
