GRINM has reported that its revenue for the third quarter stood at 2.304 billion yuan, reflecting a 13.86% decrease compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, the net profit attributable to shareholders amounted to 79.9611 million yuan, also showing a 30.61% decline year-on-year. However, looking at the broader picture, the revenue for the first three quarters reached 8.462 billion yuan, representing a significant 24.98% increase from the previous year. The net profit attributable to shareholders for this period was 263 million yuan, up by 7.31% year-on-year.
The fluctuations in performance can be attributed to two primary factors. Firstly, during the same period last year, the company successfully transferred lithium sulfide-related technologies to external parties, resulting in a transfer gain of 108 million yuan. Notably, no such substantial gain was realized in the current reporting period. Secondly, the sales revenue from integrated circuit semiconductor target materials witnessed a remarkable year-on-year increase of over 40%. This growth was further bolstered by the value-added tax super-deduction policy specifically designed for integrated circuit enterprises.
