On October 12, Weidao Nano unveiled its plan to issue A-share stocks to a select group of no more than 35 targeted investors, aiming to raise a total sum not surpassing RMB 4.944 billion. The proceeds from this fundraising effort will be allocated to several key projects: the Wuxi Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Industrialization Upgrade and Iteration Project (with a budget of RMB 729 million), the Central China Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Industrialization Project (RMB 289 million), the Cutting-Edge Thin Film Deposition Technology R&D Center Project (RMB 3.225 billion), and an allocation for bolstering working capital (RMB 700 million). It's important to note that the execution of this stock issuance is contingent upon obtaining the necessary approvals, including endorsement from the shareholders' meeting, a review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and final registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
