GigaDevice has announced an adjustment to its financial projections, specifically increasing the estimated amount of its routine related-party transactions with Changxin Group for the year 2026. This revision, amounting to an additional RMB 2.143 billion, brings the total estimated transactions to RMB 7.854 billion. The increase is attributed to the market-driven rise in foundry prices for DRAM products. These transactions primarily encompass the procurement of DRAM foundry services from Changxin Group.
Furthermore, GigaDevice has also provided a forecast indicating that the volume of related-party transactions with Changxin Group is expected to reach RMB 4.411 billion from January to April 2027.
It is important to note that this proposed adjustment will be subject to deliberation at an upcoming shareholders' meeting. In accordance with regulatory requirements and to ensure transparency, related shareholders will abstain from voting on this matter. The pricing mechanism for these transactions is designed to uphold the principle of market fairness, thereby ensuring that the company's operational independence remains uncompromised.
