In light of these developments, the comprehensive urban development scheme has given precedence to designating roughly 2.08 million square meters of readily developable terrain for both corporations within the expansive 8.26 million square meters of the national industrial park. The urban development plan entails signing a settlement (or entry) agreement with SK Hynix in October, followed by extensive discussions on development strategies, factory construction, and the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the investment phase.
