On September 24, Kingsemi made an announcement stating that Liaoning Kefa had reduced its stake in the company by selling 2.021 million shares, which accounted for 1.00% of Kingsemi's total share capital. This transaction was carried out through an inquiry-based transfer method on September 24, 2026, with each share being transferred at a price of RMB 320.97. Following this share reduction, Liaoning Kefa's ownership stake in Kingsemi dropped from 10.55% to 9.55%, marking a significant equity change that exceeded the 5% threshold. In the end, shares were allocated to 16 investors. Notably, the controlling shareholder, the actual controller, as well as the directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel of the company, did not take part in this transfer. Consequently, the company's control structure remained intact and unaffected.
