Accelink Technologies has made a public announcement revealing that it has been notified by its principal controller, China Information Communication Technologies Group Co., Ltd., of an impending move. The current controlling shareholder, FiberHome Technologies Group Co., Ltd., has expressed its intention to gratuitously transfer 291 million shares—equating to 36.13% of the company's entire share capital—to Xinke (Wuhan) Technology Co., Ltd. Following the completion of this share transfer, Xinke Technology is set to assume the role of the new controlling shareholder, while China Information Communication Technologies Group Co., Ltd. will continue to serve as the actual controller of the company.
