According to the details of this proposal, the company is set to substantially expand the construction scale of its Spanish lithium battery cathode material project. Specifically, the annual production capacity will be elevated from 50,000 tons to 70,000 tons. Consequently, the total investment in the project will be revised upwards to approximately 1.65 billion yuan. Additionally, the management team has been duly authorized to oversee and manage all matters pertaining to the adjustment of the project's investment scale, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
