At the 2026 Hangzhou Yunqi Conference, Pingtouge shared its strategic roadmap for the Yitian server CPUs. It revealed that two successive generations of CPUs, namely the Yitian 720 and Yitian 730, are slated for launch in 2027, each promising marked enhancements in single-core performance. Looking ahead, Pingtouge also has plans to introduce the Yitian 750, which will be built upon its second-generation, independently developed core architecture. This advanced chip will incorporate Pingtouge's proprietary ICN (Inter-Chip Network) interconnect bus protocol, facilitating seamless, direct connectivity with the Zhenwu AI chip through the ICN bus. This integration is expected to significantly boost the collaborative efficiency between the CPU and AI chip, thereby catering to the escalating computational needs of the Agentic era.
