On Thursday local time, Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, stated that due to the significant demand driven by AI's penetration across multiple industries, the company expects its chip sales to double next year compared to this year. The current primary bottleneck is production capacity, and the company is advancing supply chain diversification. Previously, NVIDIA projected a 70% revenue growth for the fiscal year ending in January 2028, with a scale of approximately $673 billion. NVIDIA's product lineup includes various semiconductor chips such as GPUs and CPUs. Last fall, it was revealed that the company would deliver 6 million Blackwell GPUs over four quarters. Huang is currently in the UK for a conference to discuss AI safety. He opposes pausing AI research and development, advocating instead for restricting the launch of unsafe products and improving technology. Currently, Wall Street analysts are generally bullish on NVIDIA, with 30 analysts giving it a 'buy' rating. The average target price suggests about a 48% upside from the current stock price, and NVIDIA's stock price rose more than 2.5% during U.S. trading.
