*ST Yingfei has signed a Restructuring Investment Agreement with six restructuring investors led by China Science and Technology Holdings. The restructuring investors will subscribe for additional shares at a price of RMB 2.61 per share, with a total investment of approximately RMB 2.841 billion. China Science and Technology Holdings will thereby gain control of the company, and the investment funds will be used for debt repayment and supplementing working capital, among other purposes. The overall repayment rate target for ordinary claims is 80%. China Science and Technology Holdings is an industrial holding platform in the integrated circuit sector, centered around Hunan Goke Microelectronics, and has established a semiconductor manufacturing industry ecosystem covering multiple links.
