On September 17th, Yitong Intelligent Control announced that it has signed a technology licensing cooperation agreement with Synaptics, obtaining a 15-year global exclusive license for automotive DDIC and TDDI series products. The total licensing fee amounts to $20 million, payable in three installments. Additionally, after the products enter the market, a royalty fee based on a percentage of net sales will be paid on a quarterly basis.
