Reporter's Observation (by Hao Ying): On September 7, the Silicon Carbide Advanced Technology Sharing and Results Presentation Conference took place in Shanghai. At this gathering, the inaugural silicon carbide super junction MOSFET device, a collaborative effort between Yaoxin Micro (Shanghai) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and the research group headed by Professor Hao Yue—a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a faculty member at Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology—with Corelink Integration contributing to the process platform development, was formally unveiled. This milestone, the culmination of five years of joint efforts among industry, academia, and research institutions, effectively transitioned silicon carbide super junction technology from theoretical exploration to practical commercial use.
