On September 15th, Netting Information proudly introduced the world's inaugural MW-scale single-phase cold plate fully liquid-cooled super node solution. This groundbreaking solution stands as the industry's first to attain a single-chip cooling capacity of 5000W and an impressive 1U single-node heat dissipation capacity of up to 28kW, marking the pinnacle of industry standards. It reserves ample cooling capacity for forthcoming high-power AI chips and high-density nodes. Notably, this solution is China's first to incorporate orthogonal full liquid-cooling and complete blind-mating technology, with liquid cooling encompassing compute nodes, SW switching nodes, power supply modules, and Busbars. The compute nodes and SW switching nodes can seamlessly integrate into the water circuit by simply sliding them into the cabinet. Moreover, the liquid supply circuit is physically segregated from the power supply area, streamlining deployment and maintenance processes while mitigating the risk of liquid leakage.
