In terms of sectoral performance, pharmaceutical outsourcing, online education, film and entertainment, new consumption, and automobile stocks emerged as the standout performers, exhibiting robust activity. In contrast, storage concepts, optical communications, newly listed AI stocks, and chip stocks encountered notable setbacks. Among individual stocks, HiLight Semiconductor (01191.HK) plummeted by over 20%, while Zhipu (02513.HK) and Jiangbo Long (09976.HK) both tumbled more than 9%, and Longfor Group (00960.HK) saw a decline exceeding 5%. On the flip side, BAIC Motor (01958.HK) soared by over 17%, with Tigermed (03347.HK) and Hansoh Pharma (03692.HK) both advancing more than 5%, and Xiaomi Corporation (01810.HK) experiencing a rise of over 3%.
