Leveraging TSMC's cutting-edge 2nm fabrication process, this chip showcases an approximate 25% increase in both single-core and multi-core performance for its 6-core CPU when compared to its forerunner. Additionally, it offers a 40% surge in performance for its 7-core GPU. The chip incorporates a dual neural engine boasting 32 cores, doubling the FP8 computing speed. A newly integrated display engine supports dual displays and under-display camera technology, specifically designed for the iPhone Duo models. Meanwhile, memory bandwidth sees a 50% uplift. The A20 Pro stands as the inaugural chip to adopt TSMC's WMCM packaging technology, effectively tackling thermal challenges.
