Jingzhida: Inks RMB 1.576 Billion Semiconductor Testing Equipment Procurement Deal with Client

Jingzhida recently made an announcement stating that it has entered into a semiconductor testing equipment procurement agreement with a client. The total contract value stands at RMB 1.576 billion (inclusive of tax), with the delivery scheduled to take place within a two-year timeframe. Should the agreement be successfully executed, it is anticipated to exert a positive influence on the company's operational performance from 2026 to 2028. Furthermore, its majority-owned subsidiary, Hefei Jingzhida Integrated Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., had previously secured a similar contract in September 2025, valued at RMB 323 million (excluding tax). This earlier contract is expected to contribute to the company's performance from 2025 to 2026.
