On September 2nd, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony was convened in Suzhou, bringing together Xuguang Electronics, NAURA, and Kema Technology. As publicly traded entities, these three companies are set to harness their unique industrial strengths to collectively construct a cooperative innovation ecosystem within the semiconductor sector. Their joint efforts aim to advance the localization of high-end aluminum nitride materials and semiconductor equipment. Specifically, Xuguang Electronics has outlined plans to double its aluminum nitride powder production capacity from 500 tons to 1,000 tons by 2027, with a strategic focus on catering to pivotal sectors such as semiconductor equipment and computing hardware.
