Empyrean Software released an official notice stating that the company has recently allocated 90 million RMB from its own reserves to acquire shares in the Qingdao Jianguang Shunchuang Huixin Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), assuming the role of a limited partner. The corresponding partnership agreement has been duly signed. This fund boasts a total committed capital contribution of 451 million RMB and is set to operate for a term of five years. At present, this investment endeavor is pending the finalization of essential procedures, including the registration of the partnership fund with the relevant authorities.
