On September 1, 2026, Centec Communications (688702.SH) announced that it plans to issue no more than 41 million A-shares to no more than 35 specific investors, raising a total of no more than 4.805 billion yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, the proceeds will be used for the following three projects: 3.181 billion yuan for the research and development and industrialization of next-generation high-performance switching chips, 824 million yuan for the research on next-generation interconnection software, hardware, and protocols, and 800 million yuan to supplement working capital.
