Supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that NVIDIA has restarted the 'Rubin CPX' AI accelerator project, which was once shelved, and redesigned its memory architecture. Originally planned to feature 128GB of GDDR7 memory, the product will now be equipped with 168GB of HBM4 high-bandwidth memory, with production expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
