On August 31, 2026, International Composites (301526.SZ) unveiled its strategic initiative to issue A-shares to a maximum of 35 designated investors, with the objective of raising a total of up to 5 billion yuan. Following the deduction of issuance costs, the proceeds will be allocated to projects including the High-Performance Substrate High-Frequency High-Speed Electronic Fiber Fabric Project, the F07 Equipment Upgrade and Technical Transformation Project, and the Pilot-Scale Technological Development Project for Ultra-Low Dielectric Loss Electronic-Grade Q Fabric tailored for AI applications. Additionally, a portion of the funds will be utilized to bolster working capital. The issue price will be set at no less than 80% of the average trading price of the company's shares over the twenty trading days preceding the pricing benchmark date.
