The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued a notification regarding the overseas listing filing of Tontech Advanced Materials Group. The company plans to issue no more than 78.7249 million ordinary shares for overseas listing and will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
