On August 28, Changxin Technology unveiled that its independently developed LPDDR6 chip has exhibited an all-around performance enhancement compared to its predecessor, the LPDDR5X. This new chip boasts a peak speed of 12800Mbps and can accommodate a maximum capacity of 16GB. Samples of this cutting-edge product have already been dispatched to key clients for validation purposes, and the company is actively working towards accelerating its volume production.
