The order value surpasses ten million yuan. These 1700V high-power SiC modules are earmarked for use in the drive motor controllers of Yuchai's new-energy heavy-duty trucks, marking a significant stride in promoting the widespread adoption of domestic high-voltage silicon carbide devices within the high-power electric drive segment of the commercial vehicle industry.
